About This Tour

Every year, thousands of Humpback Whales migrate from the North Atlantic to the warm waters of Samaná Bay for mating and calving. Our tour takes you from Puerto Plata on a comfortable journey to the northeast coast of the Dominican Republic.

Once at the pier, we board a specialized vessel led by expert captains and marine guides who will help you spot these 40-ton giants as they breach and play. After the whale watching session, we head to the world-famous Cayo Levantado for a delicious traditional Dominican buffet lunch and free time to enjoy its white sand beaches. This is a must-do experience for nature lovers.
